Refund Policy

Returns Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are defective.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please email us at returns@roguedivaa.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorisation.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colours, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact us at hello@roguedivaa.shop within 30 days of delivery. Exchange shipping costs are covered by ROGUE DIVAA for the first exchange per order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: items marked as Final Sale, items that have been worn, washed, or altered, items without original tags, and items returned after 30 days of delivery.
